The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted CO-concentration monitoring and warning device. The CO-concentration monitoring and warning device comprises a vehicle body, a CO-concentration monitoring sensor, a micro-processing controller, a warning module, a control switch and a vehicle power source, wherein a vehicle window is connected to one side of the switch, and the vehicle power source is connected to the other side of the control switch; the control switch is used for opening or closing the vehicle window, and turning on or off the vehicle power source; the CO-concentration monitoring sensor is used for monitoring CO concentration in a vehicle and transmitting concentration signals to the micro-processing controller; the micro-processing controller is connected with a fan; a carbonic oxide filter is connected to one end of the fan and used for filtering carbonic oxide in the vehicle; the micro-processing controller is also connected with a wireless communication module; the wireless communication module is used for data communications. According to the CO-concentration monitoring and warning device disclosed by the invention, when the CO-concentration monitoring sensor monitors the CO concentration at different thresholds, micro-processing controller takes corresponding measures, so that the CO-concentration monitoring and warning in automatic control and in stages is realized; therefore, the CO-concentration monitoring and warning device is safe and reliable.
