The front ends of the swing rods are fixedly connected with flashing lamps. By arranging the swing rods, a worm wheel, afirst gear, a second gear, a second rotating shaft, a first rotating shaft, a worm, a connecting rod, a moving block and a lead screw, the adjustment of the distance between the flashing lamps and the adjustment of the display angle of a display are achieved, the device adapts to guide vehicles of different width specifications, the guide vehicles can conduct outline marking and display moving tracks conveniently, and the observation and following of rear vehicles are facilitated; by adjusting the display angle, different display requirements are met, and the character guiding effect is improved.
