Non- clinker white cement
The present invention discloses a non- clinker white cement which is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 65-85 parts of ore slag powder, 3-6 parts of gypsum, 5-10 parts of polished brick waste slag powder, 3-13 parts of carbide slag powder, 3-5 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, and 0.3-1 part of a hydration promoter. The non- clinker white cement is prepared by extensive use of ore slag, polished brick waste slag and carbide slag without calcination, energy consumption is significantly reduced, production cost is reduced, the ecological environment is improved; and the hydration promoter can shorten the incubation period of cement hydration, promotes hydration of mineral particles, and improves the early strength of cement-based materials.
