The invention provides a white cement clinker preparation system which comprises a preheater system, a rotary kiln, a quenching chamber, a grate cooler, a kiln head heat exchanger, a kiln head induceddraft fan, a kiln tail heat exchanger, a dust collector, a kiln tail induced draft fan and an air blower, wherein a discharge port of the preheater system is connected with a feed port of the rotarykiln, a discharge port of the rotary kiln is connected with a feed port of the quenching chamber, and a discharge port of the quenching chamber is connected with a feed port of the grate cooler; an air outlet of the preheater system is connected with an air inlet of the kiln tail heat exchanger, and an air outlet of the kiln tail heat exchanger is connected with an air inlet of the dust collector.According to the invention, a process of combining reduction cooling and grate cooler cooling is adopted, cooling and bleaching of the white cement clinker are realized by introducing ultralow-oxygenor oxygen-free flue gas into the quenching chamber, the cost is low, and the control process is simple; and meanwhile, the heat energy in the system is fully and cyclically utilized to avoid the heatloss of the system, so that the energy consumption is greatly reduced.
本发明涉及一种白水泥熟料制备系统,包括预热器系统、回转窑、急冷室、篦式冷却机、窑头换热器、窑头引风机、窑尾换热器、收尘器、窑尾引风机和鼓风机;预热器系统的出料口与回转窑的进料口相连,回转窑的出料口与急冷室的进料口相连,急冷室的出料口与篦式冷却机的进料口相连;预热器系统的出风口与窑尾换热器的进风口相连,窑尾换热器的出风口与收尘器的进风口相连;本发明采用还原冷却与篦式冷却机冷却相结合的工艺,通过在急冷室中引入超低氧或无氧烟气实现白水泥熟料的冷却和漂白,成本低,控制工艺简单;同时,充分并循环利用了系统中的热能以避免系统热损失,从而大幅降低了能耗。
