The invention discloses a ceramic waste sintered brick and a production method therefor. The ceramic waste sintered brick is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-25 parts of ceramic wastes, 2-4 parts of nano aluminium oxide, 10-15 parts of kibushi-clay, 8-12 parts of sea mud, 5-10 parts of polyvinyl acetate, 4-6 parts of tung oil, 3-6 parts of waste syrup, 1-2 parts of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 3-5 parts of abienic balsam, 4-8 parts of asbestos wool, 6-8 parts of an additive, and a proper amount of water. The sintered brick disclosed by the invention adopts the ceramic wastes as main raw materials, so that not only are clay resources saved and is production cost reduced, but also the treatment problem of the ceramic wastes is solved, and the ceramic wastes are prevented from polluting the environment. Besides, the sintered brick disclosed by the invention has high strength, high pressure-bearing capacity, small density and a low heat conduction coefficient, meets requirements of people, is wide in scope of application and great in market prospect. By virtue of synergistic effect of added antimony trioxide and a chlorine element in chloroprene rubber, flame resistance of methyl vinyl silicone rubber is strengthened; and wear resistance and processing performance are improved and flexibility is increased while high temperature resistance of silicone rubber is improved by the added dicyclohexyl terephthalate, diisooctyl phenyl phosphite and tetrabromobisphenol A.
