The invention provides a production method of a sludge sintered brick. The production method of the sludge sintered brick has the effects of sludge reutilization, fire coal conservation and cost reduction so as to achieve the aims of economy and environment protection. The production method comprises the following core points of (1) controlling the sludge moisture content to be within 30-40 percent through sludge settling; (2) smashing residue soil, coal gangue and furnace slag to obtain 40-60 percent of residue soil, 10-15 percent of coal gangue and 10-25 percent of furnace slag according to weight percentage, settling to obtain 5-25 percent of sludge, and uniformly stirring the components in a stirrer; (3) aging; (4) stirring and homogenizing; (5) vacuum extrusion forming; (6) dehydrating and drying: a, outdoor dehydrating: utilizing a movable type telescopic canopy to enable green bricks to dehydrate under the irradiation of sunshine; b, feeding the outdoor dehydrated green bricks into a drying chamber of a movable type rotary tunnel kiln for drying; (7) feeding the green bricks into a roasting chamber of the movable type rotary tunnel kiln for roast, wherein the roasting chamber and the drying chamber are connected through a pipeline, so that waste heat can be fed into the drying chamber to dry the green bricks.
