High adhesion repair material for RH furnace chromium-free magnesium-aluminum spinel brick
The present invention relates to a high adhesion repair material for a RH furnace chromium-free magnesium-aluminum spinel brick. A purpose of the present invention is to solve the technical problems of low adhesion at the early stage and easy shedding during repair of the existing RH furnace chromium-free magnesium-aluminum spinel brick repair material. The technical scheme is that the raw materials comprise, by weight, 35-45% of periclase, 25-35% of sintered magnesite, 17-29% of magnesium chloride hexahydrate, 3-4% of a coagulant, and 2-3% of an anhydrous resin, wherein the raw materials of the coagulant comprise, by mass, 40% of light burning magnesite powder and 60% of active magnesium oxide powder. According to the present invention, the high adhesion repair material is mainly used for repair of the chromium-free magnesium-aluminum spinel brick for the RH furnace dipping pipe lining; and during the use, the effective utilization rate of the material achieves more than or equal to 95%, and after the repair, the design service life of the chromium-free magnesium-aluminum spinel brick for the RH furnace dipping pipe lining is prolonged by more than or equal to 4 times.
