The invention discloses an aluminum-magnesium-chromium composite spinel brick, which belongs to the technical field of refractory bricks, and the preparation materials of the aluminum-magnesium-chromium composite spinel brick comprise tabular corundum, mullite, magnesium oxide, chromium sesquioxide, chromium oxide micro powder, chrome green, magnesium aluminate spinel and a phosphate binder. According to the present invention, the crushed alumina sand in the aggregate begins to perform the solid phase sintering reaction in the firing process at about 1000 DEG C, and generates the in-situ micronized spinel phase, such that the alumina-magnesia brick has good medium-high temperature strength, the green body raw material particles are firmly bonded based on the phosphate binder so as to improve the green brick strength; by combining the air entraining agent and the defoaming agent for adding, large bubbles are discharged and small bubble molecules are introduced, so that the density of the green brick and the internal bubbles can be effectively controlled, the condition of cracking in the firing process is avoided, and the effects of improving the yield and the quality of a finished product are further achieved.
