The present invention relates to a preparation method of high purity SiCN (O) hollow mesoporous nanofiber and belongs to the technical field of ceramic material preparation. The preparation method is as below: dissolving PVP, TEOS, CTAB and urea in a solvent to form a precursor spinning liquid; conducting electrostatic spinning on the precursor spinning solution to obtain an organic precursor fiber, and drying to obtain a solid organic precursor fiber; calcining the solid after the organic precursor fiber to obtain high purity SiCN (O) hollow mesoporous nanofiber. The preparation method of the high purity SiCN (O) hollow mesoporous nanofiber has the advantages of simple and controllable process and equipment, and good repeatability.
