Mounting method for modular anti-drop-beam expansion joint device
The invention provides a mounting method for a modular anti-drop-beam expansion joint device. According to the method, an F-section expansion joint section steel of a waterproof sealing strip is arranged in a structure based on an expansion joint; and a limiting connecting beam rod module and a control box, which is positioned on a beam body reinforcing rib, are defined on the F-section expansion joint section steel in a matched way. The mounting method comprises the following steps of prefabricating a beam end expansion joint butt-joint structure; pre-machining the butt-joint part of an expansion joint device and a beam body; hoisting, locating and assembling structural parts of an expansion joint main body; and shaping the structure of the expansion joint main body. The mounting method for the modular anti-drop-beam expansion joint device, provided by the invention, is characterized by comprising the following steps of (1) leveling an expansion joint locating reference; (2) assembling an anchoring plate; (3) assembling the limiting connecting beam rod; (4) assembling the control box; (5) threading and distributing crossing ribs; (6) arranging a template; and (7) casting concrete. Under combination of simple structure, high strength and less parts of the modular expansion device and under cooperation of the corresponding reasonable mounting method, the mounted modular expansion device has the advantages of low fault rate, high structural strength, long service life and convenience in technical maintenance and can be especially used for effectively preventing bridge collapse under an extreme condition of high intensity earthquakes.
