Honeycomb-fabric reinforced sound insulating board
The invention discloses a honeycomb-fabric reinforced sound insulating board. The honeycomb-fabric reinforced sound insulating board comprises a sound insulating structure, a shock absorption layer and a decorative layer, wherein the sound insulating structure comprises a supporting board, a sound absorbing layer made from honeycomb fabrics, and a glass-fiber layer; one side of the sound absorbing layer made from honeycomb fabrics is bonded on the supporting board, and the glass-fiber layer, the shock absorption layer and the decorative layer are sequentially bonded on the other side of the sound absorbing layer made from honeycomb fabrics; a certain tensile stress is needed for the glass-fiber layer to be attached to the sound absorbing layer made form honeycomb fabrics, and then the sound absorbing layer made from honeycomb fabrics is attached to the supporting board, so that the sound insulating structure formed by the supporting board, the sound absorbing layer made from honeycomb fabrics, and the glass-fiber layer can guarantee good strength. The sound insulating board disclosed by the invention is simple in structure, relatively simple to manufacture, and convenient to maintain; since the sound insulating structure has good strength, the sound insulating board is not liable to be damaged.
