SOUND ABSORBING/INSULATING HONEYCOMB PANEL
To cope with problems of difficulties in bonding and a low adhesive strength that occur when an air-permeable material, a honeycomb material filled with a sound-absorbing material, and a reflecting material are stacked and bonded with each other to form a sound absorbing/insulating honeycomb panel, due to a thin wall surface of the honeycomb material which makes bonding thereof with the air-permeable material, like bonding a line and a surface.SOLUTION: A water-absorbing honeycomb material is used. An end of a wall surface of its cell is immersed into a water-soluble adhesive to soften the end over a certain time, and then pressed firmly against an air-permeable material to be bonded with to deform the tip portion into an inverted T shape. While an adhesion area is thereby enlarged, bonding is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】通気性材、吸音材を充填したハニカム材、反射材を積層して互いに接着し吸遮音ハニカムパネルを形成するとき、ハニカム材の壁面の厚みが薄いので通気性材との接着が線と面の接着となるので難しく、接着強度が低いという課題が有った。【解決手段】吸水性ハニカム材を使用して、そのセルの壁面の端部を水溶系接着剤に浸漬し、その端部を一定時間かけて柔軟化させた後に、接着する相手である通気性材に強く押し付けて先端部分を逆T字型に変形させることにより接着面積を拡大しつつ接着する。【選択図】図11
