The invention provides a semicircular pile stirring drilling machine. According to the semicircular pile stirring drilling machine, a hydraulic motor is fixed to the lower end of an arm lever, and a transmission case is fixed to the lower end of the hydraulic motor; the middle of the lower end of the transmission case is provided with a stirring shaft in an outputting manner, and the lower end of the stirring shaft is provided with a stirring drill bit; the upper portion of the stirring shaft is sleeved with a segment of inner pipe, the upper end of the inner pipe is fixed to a shell of the transmission case, and the lower portion of the inner pipe is inserted into an outer pipe; the outer pipe is fixed to the centre-of-gravity position of a semicircular frame body through two connecting plates; the middle of the left end of the transmission case is provided with a left shaft in an outputting manner; a first eccentric wheel is fixed to the left end of the left shaft, and the first eccentric wheel is externally provided with a first eccentric wheel sleeve; the first eccentric wheel sleeve is fixed to the upper end of a first transmission rod, and the lower end of the first transmission rod is hinged to the left end of the semicircular frame body; the middle of the right end of the transmission case is provided with a right shaft in an outputting manner, and a second eccentric wheel is fixed to the right end of the right shaft; the second eccentric wheel is externally provided with a second eccentric wheel sleeve, and the second eccentric wheel sleeve is fixed to the upper end of a second transmission rod; and the lower end of the second transmission rod is hinged to the right end of the semicircular frame body.
