The lower end of a first stirring shaft, the lower end of a second stirring shaft, the lower end of a fourth stirring shaft and the lower end of a fifth stirring shaft are each provided with a first stirring drilling bit, and a second stirring drilling bit is arranged at the lower end of a third stirring shaft; the second stirring drilling bit is located in the middle portion, and the diameter of the second stirring drilling bit is larger than the diameter of the first stirring drilling bit; a first cutter shovel and a third cutter shovel are fixedly connected together through two connecting plates, a plurality of first shovel teeth are fixed to the lower end of the first cutter shovel and the lower end of the third cutter shovel respectively, a plurality of second shovel teeth are arranged in the direction from the first cutter shovel to the third cutter shovel, and a plurality of second shovel teeth are arranged in the direction from the third cutter shovel to the first cutter shovel; and a second cutter shovel and a fourth cutter shovel are fixedly connected together through another two connecting plates, a plurality of first shovel teeth are fixed to the lower end of the second cutter shovel and the lower end of the fourth cutter shovel respectively, a plurality of second shovel teeth are arranged in the direction from the second cutter shovel to the fourth cutter shovel, and a plurality of second shovel teeth are arranged in the direction from the fourth cutter shovel to the second cutter shovel.
