The invention discloses an automatic hand washer. The hand washer comprises a cabinet, a hand-washing basin, a connecting pipe, an integrated spraying head and an air blower. The hand-washing basin is installed on the cabinet, the connecting pipe is installed on the cabinet and located on the rear side of the hand-washing basin, the integrated spraying head is connected to the end of the connecting pipe, and the air blower is installed inside the cabinet. The connecting pipe is in an inverted J-shaped structure, the end of the connecting pipe is located in the center above the hand-washing basin, and the lower end of the connecting pipe is connected with the air blower. The upper portion of the integrated spraying head is a connector connected with the connecting pipe, and the lower portion of the integrated spraying head is an air guiding cover integrally connected with the lower end of the connector.
