The invention discloses a hand washer. The hand washer mainly comprises a hand washing basin, wherein the hand washing basin is arranged on a hand washing table; a drainage pipe is arranged under the hand washing basin; the hand washer also comprises a water tank, an air pump, a flow ejector and a controller; hands are put into an infrared induction area when washing hands; when the infrared induction area induces the hands, the infrared induction area transmits signals to the controller; the controller then can open the air pump, a water pipe one-way valve and a hand soap one-way valve; the air pump works and inhales the air; the air is pressurized and blown into the flow ejector; the flow ejector sucks in the water and the hand soap to form a water-air mixture; the water-air mixture is sprayed from a spraying hole in the wall of the hand washing basin to achieve the hand washing function; water conservation is facilitated.
