The invention relates to a low-rise dwelling with light-steel structure which comprises a supporting structure and an enclosing structure and is characterized in that the supporting structure is a force-bearing sheath structure, and comprises a frame, skin panels and connecting pieces, the frame is supported by hot-rolled section steel or thin-walled cold-formed steel and comprises beams, columns and purlins, the skin panels employ organic coating sheets, galvanizing sheets or anticorrosion sheets, the connecting pieces connect the skin panels or connect the skin panels and the frame, and the skin panel and the frame are connected in two sides or four sides. The enclosing structure mainly comprises inner and outer walls, a floor and a roof. The structural system is in accord with the requirement of building industrialization and dwelling house industrialization in China, so that a dweller feels safer and more comfortable. The low-rise dwelling with light-steel structure and the shape coefficient are large. The outer enclosing structure saves energy and combines with building design. The low-rise dwelling with light-steel structure can be designed into townhouses, and the reduced shape coefficient saves energy.
