An ocean oil stain dry ice cleaning device comprises a dry ice device, wherein the dry ice device comprises the ocean oil stain cleaning dry ice balls, the ocean oil stain cleaning dry ice ball is made of a hollow sphere, an ice adding hole is disposed in the sphere, a ball cover is disposed on the ice adding hole, the ball cover is connected with the ice adding hole in a sealed manner, dry ice is disposed inside a cavity of the sphere, a check valve is disposed on the ball cover, a break-over direction of the check valve points to outside of the sphere from inside of the sphere, and the opposite direction is invalid; during use, when the ocean oil stain cleaning dry ice balls get contacted with floating oil, heat of the floating oil is transmitted by the sphere to the dry ice inside the ocean oil stain cleaning dry ice balls, the dry ice is sublimated into carbon dioxide after absorbing the heat, and the carbon dioxide is discharged by the check valve from the inside of the sphere to the outside of the sphere; and the floating oil is condensed and absorbed by the ocean oil stain cleaning dry ice balls, and the floating oil absorbed by the dry ice balls is removed by the heating device and then collected in an oil tank, so that circulatory cleaning of the floating oil on oceans or rivers is realized.
