Stabilized concrete tubular pile and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a stabilized concrete tubular pile. The tubular pile is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-4 parts of n-methyl pyrrolidone, 500-640 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 300-400 parts of yellow sand, 7-14 parts of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 0.1-0.2 part of dibenzoyl peroxide, 5-6 parts of maleic anhydride, 2-3 parts of methoxy polyethylene glycol, 0.7-2 parts of sp-80, 50-70 parts of waste crumb rubber, 0.1-0.2 part of triethylamine, 16-20 parts of polyethylene wax, 1-2 parts of calcium ricinoleate, 0.1-0.2 part of nickel aminosulfonate, 1-2 parts of octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane, 0.8-2 parts of disodium hydrogen phosphate, 20-40 parts of expanded perlite and 200-300 parts of gravels. The stabilized concrete tubular pile can be used for reducing the content of harmful pores and defects in the concrete structure, reducing the alkalinity of hydration products and promoting a change from low-strength hydration products to high-strength hydration products.
