The invention relates to a multifunctional ceramic tile adhesive utilizing construction waste. The multifunctional ceramic tile adhesive includes the following components in parts by weight: 10-50 parts of cement, 0.1-0.5 part of a water-retaining agent, 0.5-3 parts of dispersible emulsion powder and 5-75 parts of construction waste. The invention further provides a preparation method of the multifunctional ceramic tile adhesive utilizing construction waste. The multifunctional ceramic tile adhesive utilizing construction waste has excellent water-proof, seepage-proof and heat-resistant properties and excellent endurance performance, and is widely applied; the preparation method is simple and easy to operate.
