Ceramic tile adhesive and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a ceramic tile adhesive, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 to 60 parts of cement, 40 to 50 parts of sand, 20 to 30 parts of nanoparticles, 70 to 80 parts of methyl cellulose materials, 1 to 2 parts of lignocellulose, 0.05 to 1 part of other additives and 1 to 30 parts of starch ether. The nano-particles are adopted, so that the ceramic tile adhesive has the characteristics of good adhesive property, great stability in various environments through a special processing technology, strong formation strength and strong thermal aging functionality, the deformation of the ceramic tile adhesive caused by temperature change is much smaller than that of the ceramic tile adhesive, and the fluctuation of the original strength is smaller; meanwhile, after the ceramic tile deforms under the action of external force, the original shape of the ceramic tile can be better recovered through the connectivity of the nano-particles, so that the ceramic tile has higher fatigue resistance, and the starch ether and the lignocellulose are matched for use, so that the performance and advantages of the two products complement each other; therefore, the application of the starch ether in the tile adhesive can obviously reduce the formula cost of the tile adhesive.
本发明提供一种瓷砖胶,按重量份数计,包含以下原料:水泥50‑60份、沙子40‑50份、纳米颗粒20‑30份、甲基纤维素材料70‑80份、木质纤维素1‑2份、其他添加剂0.05‑1份及淀粉醚1‑30份。采用纳米颗粒,它具有粘结性能好,通过特殊的加工工艺,具有各种环境下具有极大的稳定性,形成原强和热老化功能性强的特性,该瓷砖胶随着温度变化引起的形变比瓷砖胶小很多、原强波动更小;同时,在外力作用下瓷砖发生形变后,通过纳米颗粒的联结性能够更好的恢复原形,从而有更高的抗疲劳强度,在本发明中淀粉醚与木质纤维素搭配使用,使这两种产品的性能和优势相得益彰,所以淀粉醚在瓷砖胶中的应用会明显降低瓷砖胶的配方成本。
