Mixing technology of corundum composite ceramic material
The invention discloses a mixing technology of a corundum composite ceramic material. The mixing technology comprises the following steps: step one, adding coarse particles (raw materials) into a batching machine, evenly mixing, and adding a binding agent at the same time; step two, adding fine particles (raw materials) into a rotary batching machine, and mixing for 10 to 15 minutes; step three, slowly adding the mixture obtained in the step two into the batching machine in the step one, and mixing for 20 to 30 minutes to fully mix the coarse particles and fine particles. In the provided technology, the coarse particles and fine particles are evenly mixed individually before the coarse particles are mixed with the fine particles, thus the raw materials can be fully mixed; the degree of mixedness can reach 99% or more, the binding states of each material are improved, the high temperature performances of corundum such as thermal shock resistance, creep property, and the like are enhanced, and the service life of corundum is prolonged.
