Corrosion-resistant refractory material and preparation method therefor
The present invention relates to a corrosion-resistant refractory material and a preparation method therefor. The corrosion-resistant refractory material comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 80-100 parts of alumina particles, 25-35 parts of alpha-alumina powder, 15-20 parts of nanometer magnesia, 20-35 parts of zirconia, 10-20 parts of graphene, 5-10 parts of an additive, 7-12 parts of a binder and 5-12 parts of nano neodymium oxide. According to the refractory material provided by the invention, the inner structure is compact, and therefore the volume density is increased; apparent porosity is reduced, and therefore expansion is prevented, thereby further improving various physical properties of the refractory material such as strength, thermal shock resistance and heat shock stability. The corrosion-resistant refractory material provided by the present invention is simple in preparation method, rich in raw materials and applicable to industrial production.
