The invention relates to a method for preparing a permanent-magnet ferrite pre-sintered material, in particular to a preparation method of a hybrid ferrite pre-sintered material. The method is characterized in that raw materials adopt more than one ferric oxide source forms, after b-type Fe2O3 is mixed, particularly when lower-temperature pre-sintering is adopted, a conventional additive, but not rare earth or noble metal elements, is used for secondary fine grinding, so that relatively high performance can be obtained while the cost is lowered.
