Preparing method for polycarboxylic admixture
The invention provides a preparing method for a polycarboxylic admixture and belongs to the field of concrete water reducing agents. According to the admixture, macromonomer methyl allyl polyethenoxy ether and maleic anhydride carry out a polymerization reaction in a redox system, mercapto propionic acid, hydroxyethyl acrylate and fumaric acid are added, branched chains are enlarged by means of the polymerization reaction in deionized water, and side chains are introduced, so that a molecular structure forms a comb-like structure with hydrophily functional groups such as -SH, -OH and -COOH. By controlling the quantity, temperature and time of the raw materials, the dispersing performance of the admixture is good; meanwhile, the phenomenon of bleeding hardening of concrete can be improved. The quantity of admixtures used in the concrete is small, the admixture can have good dispersity while the water reduction effect is improved, duration is long, slump loss is small, and the amount of adopted cement is reduced.
