Bridge expansion joint structure
Disclosed is a bridge expansion joint structure. The bridge expansion joint structure comprises an expansion joint and a sealing structure arranged on the expansion joint. The expansion joint is formed by a gap located between two adjacent beam slabs, a bridge deck pavement layer is laid on each beam slab, and the bridge deck pavement layers are shorter than the beam slabs so that the mounting gap can be reserved. The sealing structure comprises a joint-crossing board and a sealing layer. The joint-crossing board is laid on the expansion joint and completely covers the expansion joint. The adjacent beam slabs and the bridge deck pavement layers which are laid on the beam slabs respectively are enclosed on the joint-crossing board, so that a sealing groove is formed. The sealing groove is alternately filled with sealant layers and graded broken stone layers formed by silicone foam sealant, and the sealant layers are tightly attached to the joint-crossing board. The upper surface of the sealing layer formed by the sealant layers and the graded broken stone layers and the upper surfaces of the bridge deck pavement layers are located on the same plane. The width of the joint-crossing board is smaller than the width of the sealing groove. The joint-crossing board and the silicone foam sealant are connected into a whole. The silicone foam sealant comprises a silicone sealant white composition, a silicone sealant grey composition, a cross-linking agent, water and a platinum catalyst.
