The oil slick adsorption device comprises an oil adsorption conveying belt, a floating body and oil adsorption balls. The floating body comprises a lifting pool, an oil adsorption tank and a traction connector, wherein the lifting pool and the oil adsorption tank are connected into a whole, the opening of the lifting pool is upward, the opening of the oil adsorption tank is downward, and the oil adsorption tank is provided with an oil guide channel. Oil slicks on the water surface can enter the oil adsorption tank through the oil guide channel. The controller is provided with a first sensor and a second sensor. When the oil slick adsorption device works, the controller controls a first water pump and a second water pump to work according to the signals of the first sensor and the second sensor, so that the water storage amount of the lifting pool is increased or decreased, the floating body is controlled to ascend or descend, the oil adsorption balls arranged in the oil adsorption tank are made to be at the position of the oil layer of the oil slicks, and the purpose of removing oil slicks through condensation adsorption of the oil adsorption balls is achieved.
