The invention discloses a construction method for support replacement of fender-post retaining and protecting of a deep foundation pit. The construction method includes the following steps that (1) construction waste and accumulated water between an outer wall and a protecting wall of a basement are removed; (2) backfill materials are selected; (3) the top elevation of the backfill materials and the top elevation of a load transferring strip are determined; (4) backfilling of the backfill materials is conducted; (5) an inclined strut structure is additionally arranged at the floor through position of the outer wall, and the position is reinforced; (6) a post-cast strip and an equipment hole reserving load-transferring member are constructed; (7) concrete is poured in the load transferring strip; (8) the concrete poured in the load transferring strip is cured; and (9) inner supports of the concrete are removed. According to the method, backfilling of graded sand and stone is adopted, concrete plates and strips are used as load transferring media of the deep foundation pit, the load-carrying uniformity of the load transferring media is good, and thus follow-up construction is not affected, and the construction period is shortened; due to the fact that the steep-tube inclined strut is additionally arranged at the local upper-lower storey floor-gap-free through position of the outer wall, mounting is convenient, and steel tubes can be dismounted and recycled; the implementation process is simple, and safety is improved.
