The invention relates to a construction method of a deep foundation pit fender post horizontal inner support conversion structure. The construction method comprises the steps that (1) floor stand column foundation piles are constructed at the bottom of a deep foundation pit; (2) reinforcing steel bars of a first longitudinal floor slab girder, a first transverse floor slab girder and a first ring beam are bound to the top of a first floor slab stand column, and a steel pipe stand column supporting system is installed close to a fender post; (3) a first horizontal inner support in the deep foundation pit is dismantled, and then a first basement outer wall is constructed on the inner side of the fender post; (4) the steel pipe stand column supporting system is installed on the floor slab girder, and the first floor slab stand column extends upwards to form a second floor slab stand column; and (5) gradually converting is conducted from bottom to top in a layered manner until the conversion construction of the horizontal inner support of the deep foundation pit fender post is completely completed. The construction method of the deep foundation pit fender post horizontal inner support conversion structure has the beneficial effects that a reinforced concrete horizontal inner support of an original support system is replaced with an integrated rigid structure of the longitudinal floor slab girders, the transverse floor slab girders and the floor slab stand columns, and the structure is safe, stable and easy to control.
本发明涉及深基坑围护桩水平内撑转换结构的施工方法,包括步骤:1)在深基坑底部施作楼板立柱基桩;2)在楼板立柱一顶部绑扎纵向楼板主梁一、横向楼板主梁一和圈梁一的钢筋,紧贴着围护桩安装钢管立柱支撑体系;3)拆除深基坑内的水平内撑一,紧接着在围护桩内侧施作地下室外墙一;4)在楼板主梁上安装钢管立柱支撑体系,楼板立柱一往上延长形成楼板立柱二;5)从下至上分层逐步转换,直至深基坑围护桩的水平内撑全部完成转换施工。本发明的有益效果是:本发明中水平内撑转换体系,通过纵向楼板主梁、横向楼板主梁和楼板立柱一体化刚性结构替换原支护系统的钢筋混凝土水平内撑,结构安全稳固,易掌控。
