The invention discloses a seepage-preventing cofferdam. The seepage-preventing cofferdam comprises a cofferdam body located between two walls, one or more bars of reinforced steel are arranged inside the walls and evenly arrayed on the walls, and seepage-preventing cloth films are connected between the walls and the cofferdam body in a sealed mode. A connecting sleeve is transversely installed inside the cofferdam body, the two ends of the connecting sleeve extend inside the walls, the connecting sleeve is connected with the walls in a sealed mode, a water spraying device is installed on the connecting sleeve and located inside a sealed shell, the sealed shell is detachably installed on the connecting sleeve, and water spraying tubes are installed on the water spraying device. The seepage-preventing cofferdam is quite firm in structure, not prone to cracking, high in waterproof performance and free of water seepage, and has a good steel structure, the service life of the cofferdam is prolonged to a certain degree, and meanwhile the water spraying device can be utilized for spraying water, so that the seepage-preventing cofferdam has certain ornamental value.
