The invention discloses an anti-seepage wall structure and a cofferdam anti-seepage construction method.The construction method comprises the following steps that (1) a first anti-seepage wall is formed in a first area and a second area of a construction area through the TRD technology, and a plurality of embedded pipes are installed in the first area; and (2) the embedded pipe is used for drilling along with the pipe to form a hole, the hole is filled with mud, then the follow-up sleeve is pulled out, and a second diaphragm wall and a third diaphragm wall are formed in the second area and the third area through the high-pressure jet grouting method. The anti-seepage wall structure comprises a first anti-seepage wall, a second anti-seepage wall and a third anti-seepage wall which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom in the vertical direction, the first anti-seepage wall is formed through the TRD technology, the second anti-seepage wall is formed through the TRD technology and a high-pressure jet grouting method, and the third anti-seepage wall is formed through the high-pressure jet grouting method. According to the method, the construction problem of the TRD technology in the deep gravel-cobble stratum with the depth of 40 m or above is solved, and the construction progress and the safety flood control requirement are guaranteed.
