The partition plate and floor beam connecting structure comprises a prefabricated partition plate and prefabricated floor beams, wherein the prefabricated partition plate is arranged between the upper prefabricated floor beam and the lower prefabricated floor beam; two rows of reinforcing steel bars extending perpendicularly are respectively arranged on the upper end surface and the lower end surface of each prefabricated floor beam in advance; the distance between each two reinforcing steel bars is smaller than or equal to 600mm; two rows of metal corrugated tubes or connecting steel sleeves matched with the reinforcing steel bars are respectively embedded in the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the prefabricated partition plate; and the reinforcing steel bars are respectively inserted in the corresponding metal corrugated tubes or connecting steel sleeves and are fixed in a grouting manner.
