The invention discloses a connecting structure of a prefabricated floor plate and a steel beam. Multiple vertical rib plates are arranged on the upper surface of the prefabricated floor supporting plate, and the edge of the prefabricated floor supporting plate is erected on the upper surface of the steel beam. The cast-in-place concrete layer is cast on the upper surface of the prefabricated floor supporting plate and the upper surface of the steel beam. The vertical rib plates are buried into concrete. The vertical rib plates of the prefabricated floor supporting plate can enhance the strength and supporting capacity of the prefabricated floor supporting plate greatly, in this way, it is unnecessary to erect a supporting structure below the prefabricated floor supporting plate in the process of casting the concrete on the upper surface of the prefabricated floor supporting plate, and time consumed for erecting and dismantling the supporting structure can be saved.
