Sound-insulation ceramic tile material and method for manufacturing same
The invention discloses a sound-insulation ceramic tile material which comprises a ceramic tile surface layer and a sound-insulation bottom layer. The ceramic tile surface layer and the sound-insulation bottom layer are adhered with each other. A method for manufacturing the sound-insulation ceramic tile material includes clamping the ceramic tile surface layer in a mold in such a manner that the bottom surface of the ceramic tile surface layer faces upwardly; covering the mold and adjusting the height of a mold cover plate; enabling the height of a cavity between the cover plate and the ceramic tile surface layer to be consistent with the design thickness of the sound-insulation bottom layer; filling the cavity between the cover plate and the ceramic tile surface layer with sound-insulation adhesion materials; solidifying the sound-insulation adhesion materials and then forming the sound-insulation bottom layer directly connected with the ceramic tile surface layer; maintaining the ceramic tile surface layer and the sound-insulation bottom layer and releasing the ceramic tile surface layer and the sound-insulation bottom layer from the mold. The sound-insulation ceramic tile material and the method have the advantages that the sound-insulation ceramic tile material is simple in manufacturing process, good in sound-insulation performance, quite convenient to construct and operate and low in cost, can replace common ceramic tiles and can be directly used for sound-insulation layers of floors of buildings without optional additional construction working procedures or individual sound-insulation constructional layers.
