The invention discloses an anchoring device for anchoring a prefabricated laminated slab and a prefabricated component and a construction method of the anchoring device. The anchoring device comprises a straight screw thread sleeve and a reserved hole, wherein the straight screw thread sleeve is vertically embedded on a prefabricated bottom plate of the prefabricated laminated slab; the reserved hole is pre-formed in the prefabricated component; a long steel bar used for fixation and anchoring intensity increase is arranged at the bottom end of the straight screw thread sleeve in a penetrating way; the long steel bar is arranged at the lower part of a steel bar net arranged in the prefabricated bottom plate; a positioning steel bar extending out of the surface of the prefabricated laminated slab is connected onto the straight screw thread sleeve through screw threads; the positioning steel bar is inserted into the reserved hole pre-formed in the prefabricated component; and the positioning steel bar is fixedly connected with the prefabricated component through grouting. Compared with the prior art, the anchoring device has the beneficial effects that the installation of the prefabricated component is convenient; the reliability of the connection is ensured; the in-site construction workload is reduced; the installing speed of the prefabricated component is accelerated; the installing quality is ensured; the positioning steel bar is connected onto the straight screw thread sleeve in the field; and a directly reserved connecting steel bar of the prefabricated component is omitted, so that the manufacturing and the transportation of the prefabricated component are convenient and fast.
