The invention discloses a prefabricated self-anchoring thermal insulation outer wall and a construction method based on the prefabricated self-anchoring thermal insulation outer wall. The prefabricated self-anchoring thermal insulation outer wall comprises an outer wall structure part and a thermal insulation plate, wherein the thermal insulation plate and the outer wall structure part are self-anchored through integral pouring. Based on the construction method, firstly, preparation of the prefabricated heat preservation outer wall is completed in a self-anchoring mode, and the outer wall with a horizontal splicing part reserved at the bottom, staggered joint lap joint vertical splicing parts reserved on the two sides and a cavity type reinforced heat preservation plate protruding part reserved on the upper portion is formed; secondly, on-site assembly is completed; pouring of the cast-in-place section is completed again in a pouring self-anchoring mode; then curing and forming, and removing the template for reinforcement; grouting and reinforcing the prefabricated section; and finally, thermal insulation plates are pasted on the reserved horizontal splicing parts, the reserved parts are filled, and the damaged parts are repaired.
