The invention discloses an outdoor climbing anti-falling device, which comprises a first support rod, a lower clamp plate, an upper clamp plate, a fixing plate and a telescopic rod, wherein the lower clamp plate is fixed at the bottom of the first support rod; the upper clamp plate is vertically and glidingly arranged on the first support rod; the fixing plate is fixed on the first support rod; the telescopic rod is fixed on the top of the first support rod; the fixing plate is positioned on the upper clamp plate; a jack is arranged between the upper clamp plate and the fixing plate; and a hook is arranged at the upper part of the telescopic rod. The outdoor climbing anti-falling device has the advantages that through the matching of the upper clamp plate and the lower clamp plate capable of vertically sliding on the first support rod, projected parts at the edge of equipment or in high-pressure equipment base steel channel are clamped; then, the upper clamp plate and the lower clamp plate always maintain a clamping state by fixing the distance between the upper clamp plate and the lower clamp plate through the jack; the telescopic rod can be adjusted according to practical use heights for adapting to various different height ranges; a safety rope is hung on the hook for realizing efficient high-altitude anti-falling protection on operators; the structure of the device is simple; the portability is realized; the assembling and the disassembling are convenient; and effective guarantee is provided for the safety of high-altitude operators.
