The climbing type scaffold anti-falling device comprises a shell and a main rod, wherein the main rod penetrates through the shell; a plurality of fixing plates are fixedly connected to the outer side of the shell; threaded holes are formed in the plurality of fixing plates; two annular clamping plates are symmetrically arrangedon the main rod in the shell; a second sliding groove is formed in the side wall of the shell; two second sliding rods are symmetrically arranged in the second sliding groove in a sliding mode; the two second sliding rods penetrate through the second sliding groove and are fixedly connected with the annular clamping plates; a cavity is formed in the shell; the cavity and the second sliding grooveare formed in the two sides of the shell; a rotating rod is rotationally arranged in the cavity; a first gear is fixedly arranged on the rotating rod in a sleeving mode; two first racks are symmetrically arranged in the cavity in a sliding mode; the two first racks are meshed with the first gear; and connecting rods are fixedly connected to the sides, far away from each other, of the two first racks. The climbing type scaffold anti-falling device is simple and convenient in connecting structure and obvious in anti-falling effect.
