During parking, a vehicle is driven into the ground parking place of the garage, a parking button is pressed down, the main rotating bearing drives the suspension parking place through the telescopic rod, the bottom end of the main rotating bearing is made to ascend to be stopped at the first-layer garage and the ground horizontal position, a vehicle driver drives the vehicle to the suspension parking place to be parked, the parking button is pressed down after parking is completed, the suspension parking place is made to descend to the underground garage body through the telescopic rod, and it is ensured that the next suspension parking place is located under the ground parking place. When the vehicle needs to be withdrawn, the vehicle driver presses down a vehicle withdrawing button and a serial number of the parking place, the main rotating bearing drives the suspension parking place through the telescopic rod, the bottom end of the suspension parking place is made to ascend to be stopped at the first-layer garage and the ground horizontal position, and the vehicle can be withdrawn.
