The invention discloses a vehicle door hinge and a vehicle door installing structure adopting the same. On the premise of guaranteeing the attractiveness, reliability and service life of the hinge, the assembling efficiency of a vehicle door is effectively improved. The vehicle door hinge comprises a hinge shaft, a rotary plate and a fixed plate, the hinge shaft comprises a cylindrical body, and a protruding annular flange surface is arranged in the middle of the body; the hinge shaft passes through a shaft hole of the rotary plate and a shaft hole of the fixed plate, and the rotary plate and the fixed plate are located at the two sides of the annular flange surface respectively; an anti-disconnection piece used for preventing the rotary plate from being disconnected is arranged at one end of the hinge shaft; a through hole facing toward the hinge shaft perpendicularly is formed in the fixed plate, a locking pin is installed inside the through hole, and one end of the locking pin abuts against the hinge shaft, so that the fixed plate is fixed to the hinge shaft relatively. According to the vehicle door hinge, by means of the locking pin which is screwed up in the lateral direction, a hinge assembly can be divided into a rotary plate sub-hinge assembly which is composed of the hinge shaft and the rotary plate and the fixed plate, and therefore the vehicle door can be separated from a framework.
