The invention relates to a method for preparing a special anhydrite gel material by treating phosphogypsum by using a tunnel kiln device. The method comprises the following steps: (1) blending and homogenizing: blending 48-75 parts of phosphogypsum, 8-25 parts of stone coal and 15-50 parts of waste rock residues, grinding the mixture into powder, adding 8-18 parts of water, and uniformly and homogenizing the mixture to a plastified material; (2) molding: molding the plastified material to a molded material; (3) calcining the tunnel kiln: sending the molded material in the tunnel kiln, calcining the molded material for 20-60 minutes at 980-1300 DEG C, and quenching the molded material to obtain the special anhydrite matured residues. and (4) preparing the special anhydrite gel material: grinding the special anhydrite matured residues to obtain the special anhydrite gel material. The special anhydrite gel material prepared by the method provided by the invention contains various hydrated active minerals, can be widely used for cement industry, is high in strength if being used, and is non-cracking and is high in strength if being used as masonry cement or cement making bricks. The method provided by the invention is low in investment, free of wastewater and waste residues and good in economical benefit.
