Acid and alkali resistant plant fiber cement composite ribbon board and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses an acid and alkali resistant plant fiber cement composite ribbon board. According to the invention, an aqueous methyl-etherified amino resin dipping treatment process is employed to pretreat the surfaces of plant fiber so as to allow the internal and external surfaces of the plant fiber to be coated with a polymer film, then mist-like drainage oil is sprinkled, so the entire fiber is compact, obtains certain rigidity and has improved water resistance; and then fly ash is added to modify and replace a part of cement, so the generation amount of hydrated calcium hydrate is decreased, and corrosion resistance of the plant fiber is improved. The prepared plant fiber cement composite ribbon board has the advantages of thermal insulation performance, crack resistance, impact resistance, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, rapid and convenient construction, low cost, etc., may be in a shape of a flat, a curved surface, a spherical surface, a warped structure or the like, and integrates bearing and thermal insulation properties together.
