Enhanced polystyrene board bonding mortar
The invention belongs to the field of construction materials, and specifically relates to an enhanced polystyrene board bonding mortar. The mortar is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 35 to 45% of common silicate cement, 55 to 63.9% of washed sand, 0.15 to 0.30% of thickening and water-retaining agent, 0.8 to 1.0% of special rubber powder, and 0.10 to 0.20% of reinforcing agent. The manufactured polystyrene board bonding mortar can meet the technical indexes of JG149-2003 Expanded Polystyrene Board Thin Plaster Outer Wall Insulation System, overcomes the shortage of bad bonding strength between conventional polystyrene board bonding mortar and polystyrene board, and avoids the phenomenon of empty drum and shedding between the polystyrene board and the mortar layer.
