The mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 140-160 parts of cement, 130-150 parts of sand, 85-110 parts of modified vinyl acetate acrylate emulsion, 6-7 parts of anti-cracking fibers, 6-7 parts of a water reducing agent, 9-11 parts of cellulose ether, 1-1.5 parts of a water-based organic silicon leveling agent, 0.5-1 part of modified nano silicon dioxide and 0-3 parts of pigment. The mortar provided by the invention has high bonding strength with the XPS insulation board, is not easy to crack, and effectively ensures the connection safety of an XPS insulation board external wall insulation system.
