Wear-resistant floor material and preparation method thereof
A wear-resistant floor material is prepared from raw materials in parts by weight as follows: 20-30 parts of nickel slag, 20-30 parts of coal gangue, 1-3 parts of a water reducer, 20-30 parts of cement, 5-10 parts of white cement, 3-8 parts of colored paint, 5-7 parts of epoxy acrylate, 5-7 parts of an anaerobic adhesive and 0.5-1 part of a defoaming agent. According to the wear-resistant floor material, industrial waste residues are used as raw materials, so that the cost is low, and the production technology and equipment are simple. Thus, the wear-resistant floor material prepared from industrial solid waste used as aggregate has good economic benefit, social benefit and environmental benefit and is suitable for industrial production, popularization and application.
