The invention belongs to the technical field of polymer forming processing, and particularly relates to a wear-resistant layer, a preparation method thereof and a wear-resistant polyvinyl chloride floor. The wear-resistant layer provided by the invention comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of polyvinyl chloride; 20-60 parts of a plasticizer; 2-5 parts of a transparent stabilizer; 1-10 parts of anhydrous transparent powder; 0-1 part of a lubricant; and 0-1 part of a coupling agent. By selecting the preparation raw materials and reasonably controlling the mass ratio of the preparation raw materials, the wear resistance of the wear-resistant layer can be greatly improved and the shrinkage rate of the wear-resistant layer can be reduced, so that the wear resistance, high and low temperature performance and dimensional stability of the PVC floor are improved. The high-wear-resistance wear-resistant layer for the PVC floor has excellent wear resistance (wear resistance grade T), good transparency, good waterproof performance, good dimensional stability and good high and low temperature performance; and meanwhile, the preparation method is simple, high in productivity and capable of meeting use requirements.
本发明属于高分子成型加工技术领域,具体涉及一种耐磨层及其制备方法、一种耐磨聚氯乙烯地板。本发明提供的耐磨层,包括以下质量份数的制备原料:聚氯乙烯100份;增塑剂20~60份;透明稳定剂2~5份;无水透明粉1~10份;润滑剂0~1份;偶联剂0~1份。本发明通过选择上述制备原料同时合理控制上述制备原料的质量配比关系,能大幅度地提高耐磨层的耐磨性能和降低耐磨层的收缩率,进而提高PVC地板的耐磨性能,高低温性能以及尺寸稳定性。本发明提供的用于PVC地板高耐磨的耐磨层具备优异的耐磨性能(耐磨等级T级)、透明性好、防水性能好、尺寸稳定性好,高低温性能好;同时其制备方法简单、产能高能,满足使用需求。
