The invention discloses a fluorogypsum-containing active cementing material. The active cementing material comprises raw materials in parts by weight as follows: 100 parts of fluorogypsum, 10-15 parts of modified phenolic resin, 6-10 parts of coal ash powder, 3-6 parts of desulfurization gypsum, 3-6 parts of phosphogypsum, 2-5 parts of aluminosilicate, 3-5 parts of light materials, 2-4 parts of an activator, 1-3 parts of methylcellulose, 0.2-0.5 parts of an active agent, 0.2-1.2 parts of sodium oxalate and 1-2 parts of a foaming regulator; the modified phenolic resin is prepared as follows: phenol, lignin and p-toluene sulfonic acid are mixed and react, formaldehyde and potassium hydroxide are added for a reaction, a viscous substance is obtained, washed, dried and smashed, powdery nitrile rubber is added, and the mixture is mixed; the coal ash powder is prepared as follows: coal ash is added to a mixed acid solution, and the mixture is heated, stirred, cooled, left to stand, filtered, dried, smashed and uniformly mixed with sepiolite powder and hydroxymethyl cellulose. The hydration and setting time of the fluorogypsum containing active cementing material is short, the mechanical strength is excellent, the material can be used as a building plastering material, and waste fluorogypsum is turned into treasure.
