Leadless piezoceramic material and preparation method therefor
The invention relates to the field of piezoceramic materials and discloses a leadless piezoceramic material. Sr2CO3, TiO2, Dy2O3 and Bi2O3 are taken as raw materials, and a general chemical formula of the material is SrBi4-xDyxTi4O15, wherein x represents molar fraction and x is greater than or equal to 0.00 and less than or equal to 0.06. The invention also discloses a method for preparing the piezoceramic material, that is to say, the piezoceramic material is prepared with a solid state sintering method; the method is simple in process, low in production cost, relatively wide in application range; and a prepared product is good in crystallinity, high in density and excellent in dielectric and piezoelectric properties.
