Method for efficiently preparing amide type polycarboxylate water reducer
The invention relates to a method for efficiently preparing an amide type polycarboxylate water reducer. The method is characterized in that the amide type polycarboxylate water reducer is prepared from polyethylene glycol acrylate (PEGAA), maleic anhydride (MAD), acrylamide (AM) and sodium methallyl sulfonate (MAS) under the action of microwaes under the following optimum synthesis process conditions: a molar ratio of MAD to PEGAA to MAS is 2.5:1:0.5, the mass fraction of AM is 9% of the total mass of reactants, the mass fraction of APS is 4% of the total mass of the reactants, the microwave power is 300w, the reaction time is 30min and the reaction temperature is 80DEG C; and when the use amount of the water reducer is 0.5% and the water-cement ratio is 0.29, the cement paste fluidity is 275mm, and the water reduction rate is 32.5%. The amide type polycarboxylate water reducer prepared from four monomers has better performances than common water reducers; and compared with traditional water bath, the microwave reaction has the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, so the method has good industrial application prospect.
