The invention discloses a small energy-saving road rolling device. The small energy-saving road rolling device comprises a frame and two pressure rollers, wherein the two pressure rollers have same structures; the two pressure rollers are connected with the frame through pressure roller brackets; a nozzle is formed above each pressure roller; the nozzles are fixed on the corresponding pressure roller brackets; a water pipe bracket is connected between the two pressure roller brackets; a water collecting tank is fixedly arranged under the water pipe bracket; a water pump is arranged in the water collecting tank; the nozzles are connected with an output end of the water pump through water inlet pipes; a drain plate is arranged on the external side of each pressure roller; the bottom ends of the drain plates are connected with inlets of water collecting pipes; the water collecting pipes are both fixed on the water pipe brackets; an extending section is arranged on one side of the frame; and a vehicle-mounted hanging hook is arranged at the end part of the extending section. According to the small energy-saving road rolling device disclosed by the invention, after the pressure rollers are moistened by the water sprayed from the nozzles, the water flows into the water collecting pipes through the drain plates to return to the water collecting tank; therefore, the frequency of supplementing water in the working process is reduced, the working efficiency is increased and water resources are also saved.
